AFNS-40 Automatic Frame Nailing Station

This machine is designed to automatically nail or staple fram around the door. The door enters the machine with the hinge jamb already attached. Then, four supports rise from underneath and the strike jamb, header and sill are positioned in their designated nests.

All four corners of the frame are then squared to ensure proper spacing. The nailing (stapling) guns are activated by the operator after visual inspection of the frame.

The standard machine is deisgned to accommodate door frames from 28" to 36" wide and 76" to 96" high. It is equipped to fit an inline assembly line. The width adjustment is automatic via pneumatic cylinders.
