DJP-3 & DJP-4 Hinge Jamb Router

This machine hinge mortises the jamb in three of four places (depending on model) simultaneously for a 5/8" radius hinge.

The operator places a jamb in the machine and steps on a foot pedal to initiate the cycle. At the completion of the cycle the jamb is ejected automatically, this allows the operators hands to be free to insert the next jamb.

Productivity is 6 to 8 jambs per minute when using 5/8" radius.
