DJP-2NC Automatic Strike Jamb Router

Fully automated strike jamb router. This machine is designed to mortise one or two strike plate pockets on the door jamb.

Machine consists of two individual mortising heads that are controlled by two servo motors each. It is capable of processing various size door jambs, posts, astragals. The cycle is activated with a push of a foot pedal.

Machine comes complete with a HMI (human machine interface) 5" touch screen, which allows the operator to select a desired strike plate pocket and also adjust all the dimensions.
